I teach two courses, Energy EFT Foundation and Energy EFT Master Practitioner.
Energy EFT Foundation course
The Foundation course I offer is a light and lovely introduction to Energy EFT that can be taught over two three-hour sessions. It is perfect if you would like to begin to explore what the Energy EFT tapping system can do to help others. It’s also a great course if you just want to learn how to enhance good feelings and positivity in yourself. Like Classic EFT it teaches you skills in moving from problems to solutions in a broad range of applications, gaining emotional freedom from negative or low energy states. However, the more recent Energy EFT can also be used for creating higher-energy states suitable for inspiration, creativity and goal-setting.
The foundation course is upbeat and practical, leaving you with many techniques to improve areas of your own life and provide new skills that you might now want to study further and deepen if your role is to help others.
The Energy EFT Foundation course is £150 for two three-hour sessions on Skype – either two evenings or two Saturday mornings, whichever suits you better.

Choosing words and processs for different stress levels
How to re-discover and use the positive to address negative states.
Tapping on future aspects
4) Unit Four: Energy EFT for two – and more
EFT tapping with a friend or partner
EFT tapping with children and teenagers
Exercises to share positive feelings with others.
For those who counsel or coach others professionally I usually recommend following the foundation course with EFT Master Practitioner training.
Energy EFT Master Practitioner Course
This is a professional course that contains the most up-to-date and comprehensive methods and structures for mastery in EFT. It will prepare you to use Energy EFT to help people.
This is a three-day course that costs £375, usually taught as a series of six evening sessions or six Saturday morning sessions via Skype. Each session lasts three hours.
The Energy EFT Master Practitioner course that I am teaching was created by Silvia Hartmann, who founded the first EFT organisation in the UK, now the Guild of Energists. The course is based on the 2012 GoE Energy EFT Certification Training Program, but is a major update of EFT theory. A lot has been learned since EFT was introduced in 1999 about the power of emotions and their importance in mental and physical health. The course takes the developments in EFT worldwide and brings them together with practical experience of in the field. It also contains additional exercises for the distance learning student.
A successful student will achieve GoE Energy EFT Master Practitioner Certification and may become either a Standard Member or Professional Member of The Guild of Energists. Professional Members will be included in the public register to this effect.
The Energy EFT Master Practitioner course consists of 12 units covering 45 core skills of the modern master practitioner of Energy EFT.
